I’m 15 and everynight I have problems falling asleep. I only fall asleep really really late yet the next day I have to wake up early for school causing me to feel severely tired the next day and unable to pay attention in class. How do I cure insomnia?
I also suspect I’m suffering from depression. I always feel tired, negative thoughts just keep coming into my mind and I’ve even thought of commiting suicide. My best friend acts as if she dislikes me and I have nobody to turn to.. Help me?
